In the Federal Budget, Medicare patients with a mental health treatment plan can now access up to 20 sessions per calendar year of psychology / counselling / mental health social worker help.
You don't need to do anything- other than discuss with your current psychologist etc.
PLEASE TELL ME if you have been allowed to increase sessions frequency (the problem will be how busy psychologists currently already are!) so that I can update your plans :)
